Did you know?
One of my works at the office is writing simple analysis about regional economic phenomenon quarterly. And lately i like a nice things in my paper. So it's kind of my habbit to decorate my paper nicely using pastel colors and pictures and lovely graphics. It happened to be my identity of my work..
But somehow, as time goes by and there is a change in staff and crew at higher level, there is a change in preferences. The new person thought that my works is totally out of the line and look childish with the pastel colors and pictures. They should be in a classic view as they meant to be as "goverment product". To be honest i was very disapointing about this, the feeling get worse because the judge is happen to be my friend. I just don't know how to manage this kind of problem. I like to keep my works as usual but on the other hand they will be considered as bad work. I believe his judgement is not 100 correct, but that's the way it is.
The feeling got worse when he insist to have a 'did you know' quotation on every single page. In my opinition, a 'did you know' quotations are needed to explain something unusual in our local analysis. It will explain the blast thing around the analysis. But he doesn't care at all..
Did you know? You're stubborn sir!
